• A. As a Brand Ambassador, I understand and agree to the following:

• By clicking and submitting the form above to perfectlypiercedshop@gmail.com I am agreeing to the terms and conditions listed above & below:

1. I am 18 years of age or older and living in the domestic United States of America
2. I am not an employee, agent, franchisee, or partner of the company. I cannot act on behalf of the company. I do not have any authority to incur debt, obligation, or liability on behalf of the company.

• I will promote and market Perfectly Pierced LLC products to customers.

• Receive test/model/experience and write positive promotions about products on social networks (blogs, posts, pictures, videos, etc.).

• Share positive brand message on social networks (Instagram, Tik Tok, Twitter, Facebook, Reddit, etc.)

• Receive new products and model them for promotions we create or to be used as product images.

• Share content using our brand hashtags: #perfectlypiercedshop, #perfectlypiercedpiercingpillows, #perfectlypiercedlove

   

1. I will receive a brand ambassadors discount for 20% off entire Perfectly Pierced store products, when placing an order using my exclusive Brand Ambassador promotion code that was sent to me. A code only to be used by myself unless I have gained explicit consent from the Perfectly Pierced Team.

2. I will receive a personalized followers discount for 10% off entire Perfectly Pierced regularly priced store products, to be used by your social media networks followers.

3. I have the potential to receive  free quarterly covers and pillow for promotional purposes. Not guaranteed, will be determined by the current needs of the Perfectly Pierced Team.

4. I understand that I will not receive monetary compensation, free products, or gift cards for use of images or videos used on the company’s social media networks or website.

5. If orders are submitted without using my Brand Ambassador promotion code, these orders will not be credited to my account. No cash compensation will be provided by the company. Only one promotion code can be applied per order.

6. I will not sell company product on unauthorized websites on the internet or in retail establishments.

10. I will protect the company’s trademark by not reproducing the company’s name/trademark or any company materials for use in advertising without the written approval of the company.

7. I will promote Perfectly Pierced LLC products on social media accounts by posting appropriate photos of marketing showcasing the products. I will contact the company if a clear understanding of “appropriate” photos is needed. I will not receive any financial or other compensation for product promotion through my social media network.

8. I will post a minimum of 1 original promotional post tagging Perfectly Pierced, 2 original tagged promotional stories a month, and 2  tagged reposted stories/posts/videos a month - which also includes at least one pre-approved Perfectly Pierced hashtag. Unless prompted otherwise. I understand that I have permission to repost an existing post by Perfectly Pierced.

9. I will conduct myself in a manner that reflects the highest standard of integrity and responsibility in keeping with the reputation of the company. If I do not uphold these standards, I will be immediately removed from the Brand Ambassador Program and forfeit any and all promotional codes and rewards effective immediately.

10. If I choose to leave the Brand Ambassador program, I must finish the required monthly postings before leaving the program. Any photos sent to Perfectly Pierced will remain in their database to use on their social media platforms and marketing campaigns.

11. If the company terminates the Brand Ambassador program, I have the two months following to use the exclusive promotional code. Approx. 60 days.

12. I must be an active* Brand Ambassador to remain in the program.

13. I agree that the company reserves the right to cancel this agreement at any time.

14. I agree to the company’s privacy policy and I have read and agree to these terms

• B. Perfectly Pierced LLC. (Company) understands and agrees:

1. Company will occasionally provide free products to the Brand Ambassador to promote on social networks.

2. Company will give the Brand Ambassador a unique 20% Off exclusive promotional code for personal use for products purchased on perfectlypiercedshop.com

3. Company will give the Brand Ambassador a 10% Off exclusive promotional code for their social media followers to use for regularly priced products purchased on perfectlypiercedshop.com

4. Company may provide additional rewards / free products to top performing Brand Ambassadors at its’ discretion.

5. If the company terminates the program, the company must provide 30 days written notice to all Brand Ambassadors prior to the termination date.

6.The Company will retain the rights to use any photos they send us or tag us in, even if the Brand Ambassador exits the program.

7. The Company agrees to adhere to the Company’s privacy policy these terms and conditions.

• C. General:

1. This agreement is subject to acceptance by the company and is conditioned by the acceptance of these terms and conditions.

2. Either party may terminate this agreement immediately for cause or without reason upon written notice.

3. Perfectly Pierced LLC. may discontinue the Brand Ambassador Program at any time.

4. The Brand Ambassadors will not be treated as a company employee for any reason.

• All terms and conditions are subject to change at the discretion of Perfectly Pierced LLC.

• *active pertains to posting content a minimum of 1 original promotional post tagging Perfectly Pierced, 2 original tagged promotional stories a month, and 2  tagged reposted stories/posts/videos a month - which also includes at least one pre-approved Perfectly Pierced hashtag.

• Failure to complete minimum requirements will result in immediate and permanent termination as a brand ambassador. All discount codes, rewards, etc. will be forfeit.
