All Piercing Pillow & Neilmed orders are processed within 10-20 days (due to processing of purchase.) All body jewelry items will be shipped from a separate address than Perfectly Pierced LLC. All body jewelry orders will have their own individual shipping times and tracking information.

Perfectly Pierced LLC is not responsible for any additional customs fees, taxes, etc. associated with shipping and receiving of Piercing Pillows, NeilMed Piercing Aftercare Spray, or body jewelry orders. Please check below to read more about potential fees, shipping times, returns and more.

After receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped with the orders tracking number. Shipping times and prices do not apply to wholesaler accounts. Subject to change due to continuous disruptions caused by Covid 19

Return & Refund Policy

You can return/exchange your HALO 1-5 days after receiving if it was defective or damaged upon arrival for a full refund. But you must send photo evidence of the issue and a description upon request.

Body Jewelry may NOT be returned, exchanged or refunded.

Other returns/refunds/exchanges will be issued on a case by case situation. There is no guarantee your request will be approved. Customer is responsible for return postage expenses.

Shipping Policy

For calculated USPS shipping rates:

All orders will undergo a 10-20 day processing period BEFORE being dropped off at the post office. This allows for us to receive payments and avoid order backup. Shipping time reflects the the time it takes to be delivered from the post office to your address. 

Ex: If you place an order on March 1st & pay for Priority Shipping, it will still take any where from 11-23 days for it to arrive at your house. AKA anywhere from March 12th-24th.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping times from the post office and are subject to change due to Covid 19 restrictions and disruptions

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

International Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates:

International shipping charges will reflect the cost of a Simple Rate Export® Poly-bag shipment with a 1-3+ week delivery time. Your total order cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping costs/times may vary dependent on your countries handling. If the order qualifies for your country's import taxes, the recipients will be responsible for paying these to their country's customs or tax department to receive the package.

Country shipping restrictions are in affect and may differ. Shipping Insurance is not included, read below for information about lost/stolen packages. Shipping times and costs are subject to change due to Covid 19 restrictions and disruptions. Shipping tracking numbers are not always reliable, please feel free to email us to get exact tracking :) 

Lost or Stolen Packages

In the event of a lost or stolen order Perfectly Pierced LLC is not responsible for the package. After it is dropped off at the delivery provider it becomes the responsibility of the delivery service. Perfectly Pierced LLC is not obligated to refund and/or ship a replacement for the lost and/or stolen item.

 

You will be sent an email with a tracking number and with the address you gave at the date of purchasing. If the address is not complete or correct it is the buyers responsibility to notify Perfectly Pierced LLC as soon as possible, or risk the package being delivered to an incorrect address.

 

Listed below are a few steps you can take if your order has gotten lost/stolen:

 

-Check your tracking status. If it says IN TRANSIT, your order is on the way. If it says DELIVERED, but you have not received it now there are a few steps you can take.

-Check around your house/apartment buildings. Often times the package is delivered, but was dropped off at the main office or at a different location around your house.

​

-Wait 24 hours and check the package status again. If you had filled out an invalid or incorrect address it may have gotten returned to sender. In this case the seller will notify the buyer upon its return, and reship it to a correct address. There may an additional cost requested to cover re-shipment of the order.

​

-Wait 48 hours and file a claim with USPS. If needed Perfectly Pierced LLC will release any extra information needed in order for the buyer to file this claim. Read more about filing a claim here.

Terms & Conditions

All sales made by Perfectly Pierced to you are governed by these Terms and Conditions of the Sale unless otherwise directed by Perfectly Pierced in writing.
Customer shall not, direct or indirectly including through any agents, distribute, market, sell or solicit orders for any Perfectly Pierced products on any of the third-party selling platform. Customer further covenants and agrees not to distribute, market or sell Perfectly Pierced products to any person if the customer knows or has any reason to believe that such Perfectly Pierced product will be resold by such a person, directly or indirectly, or on any of the selling platforms available now and in the future. If customer becomes aware that any person to whom customer supplies any Perfectly Pierced product is marketing or selling, or is planning to market or sell, the Perfectly Pierced product on any of the selling platform available now and in the future, the customer shall immediately notify seller and shall cease forthwith to supply such person with Perfectly Pierced products.
The customer must place the wholesale order online via our website and the wholesale account will provide access to wholesale products. All orders placed by customer are subject to sellers acceptance. Seller hereby reserves the right to reject any order, in whole, or in part for any reason whatsoever. 
The minimum original order must be paid to the seller by the customer by either PAYPAL, VISA, MASTERCARD, OTHER. For most purchases the price will be billed at the time of shipment or order. Order will generally be shipped within 2 weeks of placing the order with regard to national shipping delays. Customer will be notified within hours of shipping. Orders will be shipped by the seller via UPS<DHL<FEDEX<USPS or another company. Alternatively orders may be shipped by any method arranged for by the customer. Perfectly Pierced will try to accommodate all orders. Special orders and backorders will require additional time and can be estimated at the customer's request on a case by case basis.

Prices are subject to change without notice. All goods will be shipped at the prices in effect at the time of shipping. The seller reserves the right, at its sole discretion to change packaging and any included documentation. All orders are subject to availability.

Customer shall not disclose and shall otherwise maintain the confidentiality of all pricing information, terms, and advance product information supplied by the seller. Publishing or revealing the wholesale pricing of the sellers product line outside of the business of the customer is strictly forbidden without pior written consent from the seller. 

All design, concept, construction, and marketing including logo, tag-lines, promotional advertising belong to Perfectly Pierced. Website, packing, other promotional material, but not limited to, articles, photographs, images, illustrations, audio clips, video clips, are protected by copyright which is owned and controlled by Perfectly Pierced. No product, packaging or other promotional material may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any way. 
Any attempt by customer or anyone associated to customer or their business to deconstruct and/or reconstruct our products in order to resell will result in immediate contract termination. And the seller has the right to seek compensation.
Failure to preserve the sellers confidentiality in its wholesale pricing will result in the immediate and permanent termination of the wholesale status of the customer. 

The seller reserves the right to seek compensation for any loss or damages that would result from any breach of confidentiality.

You agree that regardless of any statue, or law to the contrary any claim to cause of action arising out of or related to these terms and conditions of sale must be filed within one year after such claim or cause arose or be forever barred.
